나. 장소 : 강원도 홍천군 소노벨 비발디파크
다. 주요 내용: 학교생활 소개, 학부별 교수 및 선배와의 만남, 문화 행사, 응원 교육 등
라. 준비물: 세면도구, 개인 수건, 여벌 옷, 필기구, 개인 상비약, 기타 개인용품
마. 출발 전 집결

사. 일반 유의사항
ㅇ1. 추운 날씨에 대비하여 옷은 따뜻하게 준비하시기 바랍니다.
ㅇ2. 원활한 행사 진행을 위해 캐리어 사용은 가급적 자제해주시기 바랍니다.
ㅇ3. 대규모 인원이 함께하는 단체행사이므로 일정 중 개인행동(스키 등)은 금지되며, 학교 및 새내기 맞이 사업단의 인솔에 따라 주시기 바랍니다. 공식 일정 외의 행동 중에 발생하는 ㅇㅇ사고에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있습니다.

A guide to the 2026 off-campus orientation
Period: February 22 (Sun) – 24 (Tue), two nights and three days
Location: Sono Belle Vivaldi Park, Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do
Major agenda: introduction to campus life, college-specific meetings with professors and seniors, cultural events, cheerleading training, etc.
Travel essentials: toiletries, towels, extra clothes, writing supplies, home remedies, and other personal items
Pre-departure gatherings
① Freshman
- Time: by 13:00 PM on February 22 (Sun)
- Students gather at college-specific locations, board the designated buses, and move on
(※ Vehicles other than designated buses are prohibited from entering the campus)
- College-specific gathering places
② Undergraduate
- Time: by 14:30 PM on February 22 (Sun)
- Students gather at college-specific locations, board the designated buses, and move on

- Important notes
ㅇ1. Bring warm clothes for cold weather.

Since this is a group event involving many people, participants are advised to refrain from any selfish behaviors(skiing etc) during the schedule and follow the ㅇㅇguidance of the organizers, including the Welcome Corps. Participants are responsible for any accidents that occur outside the official activities.
