2026학년도 1학기 국제학생 신입생 학사지도 간담회 선배 멘토 모집
국제학생팀에서 2026-1학기 학사지도 간담회에 참여할 국제학생 선배 멘토를 모집합니다. 국제학생 선배 멘토로서 1학년 국제학생들에게 학교생활 적응에 대해 조언해주고 자신의 경험을 공유해 줄 선배 멘토들을 모집하오니, 관심 있는 국제학생들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
1. 지원 자격
(1) 서강대학교 학부 재학중인 국제학생 (휴학생 불가능)
(2) 한국어 혹은 영어 말하기 능력이 우수한 학생
(3) 2025-1학기 혹은 그 이전 입학 학생 (2학년부터 가능)
(4) 청중과의 소통 능력이 뛰어난 학생
2. 멘토 모집 일정
(1) 신청서 접수: 2026. 3. 16. (월) ~ 2026. 3. 19. (목) 점심 12시 까지
(2) 멘토 합격자 통보: 2026. 3. 19. (목) 오후 예정
* 합격자에게만 개인 통보(개인 통보를 받지 못한 경우 불합격)
(3) 멘토 오리엔테이션 진행: 2026. 3. 20. (금) ~ 2026. 3. 23. (월) 예정, 시간 추후 안내, 1시간 내외
3. 간담회 일정
- 간담회 참여 가능한 일시와 언어를 확인한 후 지원서를 작성해주세요.
- 간담회 참여 가능한 일시는 복수 선택(여러 개 선택)가능합니다.
- 간담회 참여 지원서는 붙임파일 양식을 사용해주세요.
4. 멘토 활동비: 회차당 5만 원의 활동비가 지급됩니다. (* 두 회차에 참여할 경우 10만원)
5. 활동 내용: (1) 오리엔테이션 참석 + (2) 간담회 진행 + (3) 보고서 작성
(1) 오리엔테이션 참석: 2026. 3. 20. (금) ~ 3. 23. (월) 예정, 시간 추후 안내, 1시간 내외
(2) 간담회 진행: 개인별 발표 10 ~ 15분 내외 + 질의응답
*PPT를 준비하여 신입생 청중과 소통하며 발표합니다.
(가) 필수 발표 내용
: 과목이수표 확인 방법, 다전공 신청 방법, 출석 관리 방법(Saint 출석 확인 방법, 유고결석계 제출 기준 및 방법, FA제도 등), 아르바이트 신청 경험 공유, 장학금 신청 경험 공유, Saint 활용 방법(등록금 납부 확인, 졸업 시뮬레이션, 성적 가상 계산 등)
* 같은 회차에 참여하는 멘토와 상의하여 내용을 분배합니다.
(나) 추가 발표 내용
: 교내 시설 활용 방법(도서관, 휴게실 등), 대외활동 경험 공유, 수강신청 실질 팁, 대학에서의 각종 실수 경험, 취업 관련 조언, 한국생활 조언(공공기관 방문, 병원이나 은행 등 생활시설 방문 등 다방면), 유학생 커뮤니티 소개, 한국생활 팁(예절, 호칭, 말투 등), 국제학생을 위한 프로그램 소개, 한국학생들과 친해지는 방법 등
*자신이 발표 가능한 것을 선택해서 발표하면 됩니다.
(3) 보고서 작성
- 활동사진 1장 삽입, 기억에 남는 질의응답 1개, 간단한 소감문 작성
- 첨부파일 양식 사용, 작성 후 globaled@sogang.ac.kr로 송부

Recruitment of International Senior Mentors for Academic Guidance Meeting for International Freshmen in 2026-1
Education Center for International Students is recruiting international senior mentors to participate in the academic guidance meeting for the 2026-1 semester. We are recruiting senior mentors to provide advice and share their experiences with first-year international students to help them adapt to university life. We encourage interested international students to apply.
1. Eligibility
(1) International students currently enrolled at Sogang University (Not available for students on leave of absence)
(2) Students with excellent Korean or English speaking skills
(3) Students enrolled in the 2025-1st semester or earlier(2nd year students or higher)
(4) Students who are good at communicating with audience
2. Mentor Recruitment Schedule
(1) Application submission: 2026. 3. 16. (Mon) ~ 2026. 3. 19. (Thu) 12:00 PM
(2) Notification of successful mentors: Scheduled for 2026. 3. 19. (Thu) afternoon
* Personal notification only to successful applicants (If you do not receive personal notification, you have not been chosen)
(3) Mentor orientation: Scheduled for 2026. 3. 20. (Fri) ~ 3. 23. (Mon) time to be announced later, approximately 1 hour.
3. Academic Guidance Meeting Schedule
- Please check the time and language in which you can participate in the meeting and then fill out the application form.
- You can select multiple dates and times to participate in the meeting.
- Please use the attached file form to apply for participation in the meeting.
4. Mentor activity fee: An activity fee of 50,000 won is paid per session. (* 100,000 won if participating in two sessions)
5. Activity contents: (1) Mentor orientation + (2) Meeting progress + (3) Write an activity report
(1) Mentor orientation: Scheduled for 2026. 3. 20. (Wed) ~ 3. 23. (Mon) time to be announced later, approximately 1 hour
(2) Meeting progress: Individual presentation Approximately 10 ~ 15 minutes + Q&A
* Prepare PowerPoint slides to present and interact with the freshmen.
(A) Essential Presentation Content:
: How to check course completed, how to apply for multiple majors, way of attendance management (how to check attendance on Saint, criteria and methods for submitting leave of absence forms, FA system etc.), sharing experiences with part-time job applications, sharing experiences with scholarship applications, how to use Saint (confirming tuition payment, graduation simulation, grade calculations, etc.)
* Coordinate with other mentors participating in the same session to divide the content.
(B) Additional Presentation Content:
: How to use campus facilities (library, lounges, etc.), sharing experiences with extracurricular activities, practical tips for course registration, various mistakes made at university, job-related advice, advice on life in Korea (visiting public institutions, hospitals, banks, and other life facilities), introduction to international student communities, tips for life in Korea (etiquette, titles, way of speaking, etc.), introduction to programs for international students, ways to get along with Korean students, etc.
* Choose and present topics you feel comfortable to discuss.
(3) Write an activity report:
- Include 1 activity photo, 1 memorable Q&A, and a brief impression
- Use the provided attachment form and submit the completed report to globaled@sogang.ac.kr
