일부 이용자 도서관 알림 메시지 미수신에 관한 공지 / Notice for Some Users Not Receiving Library Notification Messages
일부 이용자분들께서 도서관 알림 메시지를 수신하지 못하는 사례들이 있어 관련하여 공지드립니다.
(※ 도서관 알림 메시지 예시 : 반납예정일 안내 / 예약자료 도착 알림 / 예약취소 안내 / 연체자료 반납 요청 등)
1. 대상 : 서강대학교 포털 시스템 (SAINT) 및 도서관 계정의 개인정보에 특정 이메일 (@hotmail.com / @hanmail.net) 을 등록하신 이용자분
2. 원인 : 해당 메일 회사의 보안정책으로 인해 도서관에서 발송되는 알림 메일(@sogang.ac.kr 서강 웹메일 사용) 이 차단되는 현상이 간헐적으로 발생함.
3. 해결 방법 / 대안
1) SAINT 및 도서관 계정에 등록된 이메일 주소를 아래의 메일 중 하나로 변경
@naver.com (네이버메일)
@gmail.com (G메일)
@sogang.ac.kr (서강웹메일)
(위 메일들은 @sogang.ac.kr 메일을 차단하지 않는 것으로 확인되었습니다.)
2) 카카오워크 알림 수신 (서강대 구성원 해당)
이메일 외 수단으로 카카오워크를 통해 도서관 알림 메시지를 받으실 수 있습니다.

3) 도서관 홈페이지에 로그인하여 확인
도서관 알림 메시지는 도서관 홈페이지에 로그인 하신 후 아래 경로로 들어가시면 확인하실 수 있습니다.

Some users have reported issues with not receiving library notification messages.
(e.g., Due Date Reminders, Arrival Notifications for Reserved Books, Reservation Cancellations, Overdue Return Requests, etc.)
1. Affected Users
Users who have registered a specific email address (@hotmail.com / @hanmail.net) in the Sogang University portal system (SAINT) and Library homepage personal information.
2. Cause
Due to the security policies of these email providers, library notification emails sent from @sogang.ac.kr may be intermittently blocked.
3. Solutions / Alternatives
1) Change Your SAINT-registered Email Address and Library homepage personal information
Please update your SAINT-registered email to one of the following:
@naver.com (Naver Mail)
@gmail.com (Gmail)
@sogang.ac.kr (Sogang Webmail)
(These email services do not block messages from @sogang.ac.kr.)
2) Receive Notifications via KakaoWork (For Members of Sogang university)
In addition to email, you can receive library notifications through KakaoWork.
