2026학년도 CFA Program Student Scholarship 장학생 선발 안내

서강대학교 경영대학이 Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA Institute)의 University Affiliation Program (UAP) 가입 대학으로 선정되었습니다. 이에 따라 우리 대학의 미래 금융 전문가들을 지원하기 위해 다음과 같이 CFA 장학생을 선발합니다.

1. 장학 혜택

  •  시험 응시료를 $600로 할인

2. 선발 인원 및 지원 자격

  • 선발 인원: 연간 총 3명
  • 지원 자격: 서강대학교 경영대학 학부 및 대학원(일반대학원 및 경영전문대학원) 소속 재학생 및 휴학생 (학부는 경영 다전공자 포함)
  • 선발 우선순위: 11개월 이내 졸업 예정자 (취업 임박자 우선 지원)

3. 신청 기간 및 방법

  • 접수 기한: 2026****년 4월 10일(금) 17:00까지

  • 신청 방법: CFA Institute 홈페이지를 통해 온라인으로 직접 신청

  • 중요 사항: 신청 과정 중 서강대학교 경영대학이 요구하는 아래의 추가 서류를 반드시 업로드해야 합니다.

①     Resume including overall GPA and a list of completed finance courses with grades

②     Current academic transcripts

③     A short essay on future career goals and why you are a qualified candidate for the scholarship

4. 수험생 필독 사항

  • 장학금 승인 전 시험 등록 금지: 장학금 결과 발표 전에 이미 시험 등록 및 결제를 마친 학생은 소급 적용 및 환불이 불가능하며, 장학 대상에서 제외됩니다. 반드시 장학금 확정 후 안내에 따라 등록하시기 바랍니다.
  • 본 장학금은 7월 31일 기준으로 쿼터가 소멸되므로, 선발된 학생은 2026년 7월 31일 전에 반드시 시험 등록을 완료해야 합니다.

2026 CFA Program Student Scholarship Selection

Sogang Business School has been officially recognized as a member of the CFA Institute University Affiliation Program (UAP). To support our future financial experts, we are pleased to announce the selection process for the CFA Student Scholarships.

1. Scholarship Benefits

  • Reduced Registration Fee: The scholarship reduces the exam registration fee to $600.

2. Allotment and Eligibility

  • Total Allotment: 3 scholarships per year.

  • Eligibility: Currently enrolled or on-leave students of Sogang Business School (Undergraduate and Graduate).

  • Note: For undergraduates, this includes students pursuing a Multiple Major (다전공) in Business Administration.

  • Selection Priority: Priority will be given to Final-year students (scheduled to graduate within 11 months) to support those entering the job market.

3. Application Period and Procedure

  • Application Deadline: Friday, April 10, 2026, by 17:00

  • Additional Requirements (Mandatory) During the online application process on the CFA website, you MUST upload the following documents required by Sogang Business School:

  1. Resume: Must include your overall GPA and a list of completed finance-related courses with their respective grades.
  2. Current Academic Transcripts: Official version.
  3. Short Essay: A personal statement regarding your future career goals and why you are a qualified candidate for this scholarship (within one A4 page).

4. Important Notes for Applicants

  • Do NOT register for the exam before scholarship approval: If you register and pay for the exam before the scholarship is officially approved, you will not be eligible for a refund or retroactive application of the scholarship. Please wait for the final decision before registering.
  • Mandatory Registration Deadline: This scholarship quota expires on July 31. Selected students must complete their exam registration and payment before July 31, 2026.
