Recruitment Notice for Mentors/Mentees in the 

Business School International Student Major Mentoring Program

■ Program Overview

- Academic mentoring for international students majoring in business administration

- Mentoring to enhance international students' cultural experiences in Korea and university life

- Guidance on school events and administrative systems for international students

■ Program Duration

- Duration: October ~ December, 2025 Fall Semester

■ Eligibility

1) Mentor

- Undergraduate students (domestic or international) majoring in Business Administration who have completed at least two semesters

- Preference given to applicants proficient in English or Chinese

2) Mentee

- International students are eligible to apply for both the Korean-track and the English-track.

■ Mentor Benefits

- Scholarship: KRW 150,000 per month (based on 1:1 mentoring)

- Activity support allowance (amount to be announced later)
- Recognized as a Globalization activity for GLEE scholarship

※ Mentors must conduct at least three mentoring sessions per month (minimum once per week, at least one hour per session)
※ Submission of a monthly activity report (including activity details and proof photos) is required for scholarship eligibility.

■ Additional Information

- Mentors will be selected based on language proficiency and completed major courses.

■ Application Process

- Application Period: October 10 (Fri) ? October 17 (Fri)

- Announcement of results: October 22 (Wed) (individual notification, subject to change)

- Orientation: Scheduled for mid-October
